Bear Hunting
Record trophy bear are harvested every year in Alaska but some of the largest are the Alaska Peninsula Brown Bear. The Alaska Brown Bear are carefully managed on the Peninsula. Spring hunts are on even numbered years and fall hunts are on odd numbered years. These hunts are one on one hunts.
Trophy Moose Hunting
The Alaska peninsula has some of the largest moose in Alaska. With the peninsula being sparsely timbered, this makes it easy to spot moose. The largest moose scored by SCI (Safari Club International) was taken out of Bear River Outfitters Alaska, LLC.
